OfferBrief is designed to analyze redacted job-offer text. Do not paste names, personal emails, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, internal company IDs, trade secrets, or confidential employer data.

The app includes active redaction for common personal data patterns before analysis, but automated redaction is not perfect. You remain responsible for reviewing the text before submitting it.

Analyses are generated by the application server and are not saved to an OfferBrief analysis database. If analytics are configured, OfferBrief may collect usage events such as page views, analysis submissions, result success, copy actions, and lead form submissions.

If you request a hand-reviewed brief, your email address and lightweight context from the current result may be sent to the configured Google Sheets, Google Forms, or webhook lead sink. The request does not include your pasted offer text and does not create a purchase. Submitted email addresses are used only to confirm availability, scope, timing, and related OfferBrief follow-up.

To prevent duplicate Sheet, Form, or webhook writes when a browser retries the same request, OfferBrief stores a random request key, a one-way request fingerprint, its reference, completion status, and successful channel names for up to 30 days. That replay record does not contain your email, result context, or pasted offer text.

OfferBrief does not sell your submitted email address. To request deletion of a lead entry, contact hello@offerbrief.io.
